Reporting to: Curriculum and Progress Manager Salary Range: Grade 7, SCP 28 £31,541.90
Hours per week: 37.5 Academic Contract
Camphill Wakefield is seeking creative, experienced, and deeply committed educators who are passionate about inspiring learners with significant barriers to learning, including those with complex and multiple needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, teaching very small groups of learners across our beautiful 40‑acre campus in a variety of engaging, hands-on settings.
About the Role
We are looking for exceptional individuals who shine as role models for high‑quality teaching practice. You will instinctively work at the heart of a supportive, multi‑disciplinary team to ensure every learner receives the very best experience in each session.
We particularly welcome applications from teachers of Employability and Life Skills, especially those who can creatively utilise our land‑based or craft‑based resources to enrich the curriculum and support learner progress.
